FEATURED ON

Purpose after service

Nine years. Two losses. One mission.

She served in the Army from 2008 to 2017. She buried her daughter Jordyn in 2014, while still in uniform, and her father died the year after.

Dr. Arielle Jordan did not plan what came next.  Those losses shaped the belief she now builds every session around: resilience is not what you reach for after the worst happens. It is the practice you were supposed to have been keeping all along.

She became a therapist, then a doctor of counselor education, then the founder of a nonprofit that provides resources and supportive services for veterans and military families.

She uses a therapy treatment called EMDR, which allows her to work with the part of a person that talking alone does not touch. Her years of  training is why a room is able to stabilize when the conversation gets honest.

At the end of the day, does not perform recovery on stage, for show. Dr. Jordan shows up because this is her mission.

ARIELLE JORDAN

Mental Health Speaker, Consultant & Author

After leaving the military unexpectedly, Dr. Arielle Jordan faced the harsh realities of racism within its ranks. At the same time, she endured the devastating loss of both her father and her daughter. The grief and isolation could have stopped her, but instead, she chose to rebuild.

Through years of intentional healing and growth, she redefined resilience as a daily commitment to clarity, strength, and purpose.

Now, as a mental health speaker, consultant, and author, she helps leaders do the same. Through her coaching, workshops, and speaking, she shares practical strategies that strengthen resilience, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety. She creates spaces where people don’t just push through challenges but actually thrive.

Her approach isn’t just inspiring. It’s actionable. Leaders walk away with real tools to navigate life’s challenges, elevate their performance, and lead with confidence.

From the battlefield to the break room, Dr. Arielle sparks life-changing conversations about resilience every day.

If your organization is ready to build a culture where people feel supported and strong, let’s talk. Thriving should be the norm, not the exception.

Let’s connect.
