Arielle Jordan is a mental health speaker, grief and trauma therapist, consultant, author and veteran.

 

As the owner of Mindset Quality, she offers therapy services to clients navigating life’s stressors.

 

Through her transformative approach and STARS framework, Arielle uses her story and strengths to empower others on their healing journey. 

 

She graduated with a master’s degree from Walden University, bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University and is pursing her doctorate from Walden University.
